THE ESSENTIALS
The foundations of your day
When you book Roodlea Barn, the key parts of your venue are already in place. You’ll have exclusive use of the barn and grounds, with access to our surrounding outdoor spaces for photographs.
Our wooden trestle tables, cross-back chairs, lighting, bar area and on-site support are all included, giving you the freedom to shape the rest of your day around what matters most to you.

What you arrange separately
To give you more flexibility over your day, some parts of your wedding are arranged separately.
Catering
Catering is booked directly with your chosen caterer from our approved list, which means you can choose the style of food and menu that suits you best. Your caterer will also provide their own serving staff, cutlery and crockery.
Styling and decoration
Barn decorations are arranged separately, so you can style the space in a way that feels right for you. We also offer styling as an additional service, for couples who would like us to help bring the look and feel of their day together.
Coordination
Full wedding coordination is not included as standard, but we can point you towards brilliant recommended suppliers if you would like someone to support the planning and running of your day.
CATERING
Approved caterers
Catering is booked separately from our approved caterers, giving you flexibility over the style of food and menu you choose.
Our approved catering list includes options for full wedding meals, evening food and more relaxed dining, so you can find the right fit for your day.

A viewing is the best way to get a proper feel for the barn, the outdoor spaces and how your day could flow. It is relaxed, no pressure, and takes no more than half an hour.
